Saba Haveli is a 300-year-old haveli restored by the same family that has owned it for generations. Guests receive a free guided tour of the building from owner Dhananjay, explaining the history and the 19th-century embellishments by British architect Samuel Swinton Jacob. The property also houses the family's great-great-grandparents' 1933 Ford Cabriolet, adding to the sense of stepping into Jaipur's past.

The hotel offers 11 restored rooms including suites with stained-glass windows, tiled floors, and period furniture in Indian style. Suites such as room 111 and Badal Mahal measure over 51 m² and include spa-style showers with multiple shower heads and dual sinks. Each room has air conditioning, a refrigerator, tea and coffee making facilities, and a private bathroom with a bathtub.

Guests dine on the rooftop terrace with 360° views of Jaipur's forts and hills, where candlelit dinners are served at sunset. The restaurant offers a fixed menu of freshly cooked Indian and local cuisine, including paneer butter masala, aubergine masala, and layered paratha. Activities include cooking classes, themed dinner nights, and a puppet show organized by the hotel from Vicki Puppet Theatre.
